Archekairos

Archekairos™ · integral flourishing

You were made for an undivided life.

If you have cared for everyone, met the milestones, and still feel far from yourself and from God, I want you to know that you are not imagining the ache. There is a way to tend the body, mind, and soul as one person.

A place to begin

I believe God cares about the whole woman. Grace meets us in the ordinary places: at the kitchen table, in the body asking to be heard, and in the prayer we can barely finish.

Archekairos™ is the parent brand and the name of my work: helping women of faith reintegrate body, mind, and soul into one whole person. I call this integral flourishing.

Beneath Archekairos™

Three ways into the same care.

The parent

Archekairos™

This is the umbrella and the teaching beneath all of it: a way of caring for the woman whose physical health, work, home, faith, and prayer belong to one life. I bring natural medicine and the interior life into the same conversation.

I am Dr. Deborah A. Cantù-García, and I work with women who have been carrying significant responsibility while quietly losing touch with the life within them. I know what it is to be faithful and exhausted at the same time.

My work joins natural medicine with prayer, Scripture, and the interior life because Christ does not ask us to divide ourselves before coming to him.

A letter for the ordinary

Come sit at the table.

I write about the body, prayer, motherhood, work, and the small places where God is still drawing us toward wholeness.
